NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile says if elected, his government will create a ministry of digital economy, which will see to it that social media content creation is monetised. Mundubile also says he will bring back the ministry of chiefs and traditional affairs in order to restore the dignity of traditional leaders.
