ARCHBISHOP Alick Banda has blessed NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile and his running mate Makebi Zulu ahead of Thursday’s General election. This was after the duo paid a courtesy call on Archbishop Banda yesterday. Mundubile’s visit to the Archbishop comes after the UPND had asked the Catholic Church to cancel a planned candlelight prayer service scheduled for August 12, 2026 stating that the event could attract political connotations ahead of the general election.
