Yusuf Dodia says it is meaningless for the government to target more copper production when the country does not benefit from it. The economic analyst was reacting to Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane who is on record saying the New Dawn Government would embark on an aggressive economic reform program for the country with an increased copper production of about 3 million metric tonnes per year within the first term of office.
