ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) will administratively deal with Total Energies for failing to import fuel despite having a permit. During a media briefing recently, acting Energy Minister then, Collins Nzovu noted that whilst the nation had adequate stocks of petrol, Total Energies and Engen had not imported adequate stocks for their service stations. “…the survey further revealed that the service stations without petrol predominantly belonged to Total Energies and Engen, also known as Vivo. Whilst the nation had adequate stocks of petrol, these two oil marketing companies have not imported adequate stocks of petrol for their service stations.
