THE Jesuit Center for Theological Reflection (JCTR) says there is need to explore all available avenues to restructure Zambia’s debt to China even if it means President Hakainde Hichilema meeting his Chinese counterpart. The Zambia-China Friendship Association (ZCFA) recently said that Zambia should take a two-track approach to resolve its debt to China, one, through the Common Framework, and another, by engaging the Chinese government on a bilateral level.
