ZAMBIA Consumer Association (ZACA) Executive Secretary Juba Sakala says government should ensure stability in the exchange rate to see lower commodity prices, arguing that reducing fuel prices alone will not help achieve that. Last week, the Energy Regulation Board adjusted downwards the price of petrol by K3.14 per litre and diesel by K2.77 per litre.
