GOVERNMENT has urged public workers and those in quasi-government institutions to take responsibility and ensure that the UPND campaign promises are translated into action. Infrastructure and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has launched the rehabilitation of the Lusaka- Mongu Road, covering an 87-kilometer stretch from Tateyoyo Gate in Nkeyema to Katunda-Lukulu Junction in Kaoma District. The project will be done through a joint venture involving China-Geo Engineering Corporation and Chipangano Builders Limited.
