GOVERNMENT says the country has achieved substantial economic transformation progress as seen by a more stable macroeconomic environment compared to other countries in Africa. Finance and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane has disclosed that in July, government released K16.8 billion to finance developmental programmes and general public service delivery.
