THE Meteorological Department (MET) says rains currently being experienced in some parts of Lusaka are temporary. Asked if farmers could go ahead and plant in an interview, Tuesday, MET Director Edson Nkonde said the Ministry of Agriculture would advise at an appropriate, but said Lusaka would soon revert to hot weather and dry conditions. “For us we end at just giving that information; it’s going to rain, it’s going to start early or it’s going to be late in certain areas.
