ZAMBIA Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Blake Mulala says the fuel shortage crisis is disrupting economic activities and adding salt to the wound created by load-shedding. Last week, the Energy Regulation Board revealed that Zambia was facing challenges importing fuel due to delays in tanker clearances at multiple border points.
