FINANCE Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says the 2024 budget wouldn’t have been fully funded if Zambia didn’t receive the recent disbursement from the IMF. On Tuesday, the International Monetary Fund approved the fourth review of Zambia’s 38-month Extended Credit Facility (ECF) arrangement, triggering an immediate disbursement of US$184 million (K5.1 billion).
