THE Parliamentary Caucus of Post Legislative Scrutiny has recommended that the Food Reserve Agency should refocus its mandate strictly on managing and holding national reserves. The Parliamentary Caucus says the FRA should not be engaged in direct market trading or exports, which are better handled by private actors or designated trading agencies.
