Lusaka magistrate Faides Hamaundu’s son has been dragged to court for one count of assault.
Eddie Nthawe, 38, an assistant protocol officer, is jointly charged with Davies Chisha Mulenga, 35, a technician.
The two are charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, contrary to section 248 of the penal code chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
Particulars of the offence are that Eddie Nthawe and Davies Mulenga on March 6, 2018, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together, did assault Steyn Jempa, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
The matter comes up for plea at Civic Centre, Thursday, before magistrate Masoja Mbewe.
