THREE law professors have written to Constitutional Court president Hilda Chibomba complaining about the ConCourt’s decision to decline their application to join the eligibility case as friends of the court. The three professors, Chaloka Beyani, Melvin Mbao and Cephas Lumina have requested that the court considers and formally rules on their application prior to delivering the judgement in the eligibility petition against President Edgar Lungu on Friday.
