THE Chipata High Court has upheld the election of PF’s Jonathan Daka as member of parliament for Chadiza Constituency. This is a matter in which UPND’s Yamikani Phiri challenged Daka’s election on grounds that it was marred by massive vote manipulation, distribution of food on the voting day, violence and involvement of foreign voters.
