BOWMAN Lusambo and seven other PF members of parliament whose seats were nullified have applied for leave to commence judicial review proceedings against the Speaker’s decision to bar them from parliamentary proceedings despite having challenged the judgements in the Constitutional Court. In this matter, Lusambo, Lukas Simumba, Kalalwe Mukosa, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Taulo Chewe, Chibuye Christopher, Joseph Malanji and Allen Banda have cited the Attorney General as the respondent.
