THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has committed “notorious” drug dealer, Allan Muvundo, to the High Court for mitigation and sentencing in two charges. In one of the counts, the court has committed him to the High Court for mitigation and sentencing because he is the second offender, while in the other, it’s because the charge attracts a no less than 10 years sentence. The court has also sentenced Muvundo to nine months simple imprisonment in count three in which he was charged with using a motor vehicle to carry, conceal and convey psychotropic substances without lawful authority.
