ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has asked the Lusaka High Court to cancel the certificate of title issued to the University of Lusaka regarding late former president Patrick Mwanawasa’s retirement house. Kabesha submitted that the property cannot be dealt with in any manner whatsoever until after the state has completed the house and has officially handed it over to the family of the late president. Meanwhile, Kabesha has submitted that the title was erroneously issued to former first lady Maureen Mwanawasa instead of being issued to the co-executors of the estate.
