FORMER ZRA commissioner general Kingsley Chanda and another yesterday pleaded not guilty to 22 counts of abuse of authority of office and willful failure to comply with procedure relating to 22 motor vehicles. Chanda is jointly charged with former Zambia Revenue Authority director administration Callistus Kaoma.
