A LUSAKA Woman has accused her biological father and her step sister of beating her to near death, resulting in her sustaining some injuries. And during cross examination before Lusaka Resident Magistrate Mutinta Mwenya, Patricia Chanda admitted that when her father was admitted to hospital, she wore a nurse’s uniform to disguise herself as a health worker when she went to check on him. Samuel Chanda and his daughter, Bwalya Chanda, are charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm.
