MASSBREEDS Investments Zambia Limited has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Court to order the release of a FAW truck back to it. This request comes amidst a case in which the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has brought former Intercity PF cadre Francis Muchemwa to Court, seeking an order for the forfeiture of his properties suspected to be proceeds of crime, to the State.
