NEWS Diggers and the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) have told the Lusaka High Court that Given Lubinda and Jean Kapata have failed to satisfy the conditions of defamation in their case. News Diggers and the EIA, through their lawyer Mutembo Nchito State Counsel, have also told the court that the defence would be arguing against themselves if they were to call any witnesses, given the status of the case.
