THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has dragged TINA World International Limited to the Lusaka High Court, seeking payment of K310,799.27, being the 25 percent advance payment it made for the supply and delivery of card printer accessories. RTSA further wants damages for breach of contract and interest on the sums due to it. In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court Principal Registry, RTSA stated that TINA World International Limited was contracted in June 2023 for the supply and delivery of card printer accessories, at a total cost of K1,243,197.08.
