LUSAKA businessman Sedrick Kasanda has asked the Lusaka High Court to grant him leave to issue a writ of habeas corpus ad subjiciendum, compelling the Zambia Police Service to present him in court. Last Tuesday, the state entered a nolle prosequi in Kasanda’s favour in the matter where he was charged with aggravated robbery involving US$5 million. However, later that evening, police re-arrested and detained him.
