LEVY Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde have asked the Lusaka High Court to allow them to serve court process on Emmanuel Jay Banda through a newspaper advertisement, in a case where they are seeking damages for defamation. The duo has told the court that they have been unable to serve Banda with the court process after his escape from lawful custody. In this matter, Ngoma and Mwiinde sued Banda, Zambian Whistle Blower owner Thomas Allan Zgambo, NDC leader Saboi Imboela and her PeP counterpart Sean Tembo, seeking compensatory damages for defamation of character, among other reliefs.
