ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has told the Constitutional Court that a proper process was followed in the transaction involving Mopani Copper Mines and International Resources Holdings (IRH). Kabesha has also told the court that there was no sale, transfer or disposal of any major state asset. This is in a matter where Matero PF MP Miles Sampa has petitioned the state to the Constitutional Court, demanding the nullification of the transaction involving Mopani Copper Mines and IRH.
