THE Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, has dismissed the matter in which Lusaka businessman Sedrick Kasanda sued the state, challenging the seizure of his Ibex Hill house by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC). The court has ruled that the DEC officers did not trespass on his property as there were seizure and search warrants issued by the Director General of the Commission.
