LAW enforcement officers have re-arrested former Ministry of Defence permanent secretary Stardy Mwale and five others shortly after the state entered a nolle prosequi in a case involving corruption and irregularities in the procurement of a Gulfstream G650-ER Jet. Mwale was jointly charged with Isabel Chinji, Michael Mbewe, Evaristo Sakala, Frank Sinyangwe, and Dr John Phiri in a matter relating to willful failure to comply with procurement procedures and the alleged corrupt acquisition of public property.
