ORIENTAL Quarries Boxing Promotions (OQBP) Director Promotions Christopher Malunga has revealed that former Africa Boxing Union (ABU) bantamweight champion Alfred Muwowo is no longer part of the stable. Muwowo is believed to be struggling with drug abuse and was arrested for theft earlier in the year, adding to a long list of disciplinary concerns that OQBP have over him. OQBP has decided to do away with the former champion, preferring to focus on younger and more disciplined boxer.
