THE Ndola High Court has moved the much anticipated inter-parte hearing between Football House and Damiano Mutale to next week following an application from the plaintiff that the matter be referred to the Constitutional Court. Last week, Mutale and journalist Mabvuto Phiri obtained an injunction against the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Annual General Meeting that was set for the Government Complex in Lusaka. On Saturday, the morning of the AGM, Football House saw its bid to have the injunction stayed through an ex-parte hearing thrown out by the High Court. This set the basis for yesterday’s hearing.
