FORMER Luapula Province minister Nickson Chilangwa says it is unrealistic for citizens to expect government to score a 100 percent success development record. In an interview, Chilangwa said the Patriotic Front would not run away from the responsibility of fixing the economy in order to sustain people’s livelihoods. “You know, you and I went to school, can you tell me that to pass you only have to get 10 out of 10? The answer is no. Even 6, 7, 8 or 9 out of 10 is a pass. All those are fundamentals which people must look at.
