PATRIOTIC Front secretary general Davies Mwila says election observers are not needed in Zambia because the country is not at war, further questioning why they did not go to America or Germany to observe elections. And Mwila says the Zambia Police service has been infiltrated by the opposition UPND because they do not act when the ruling party is attacked. Meanwhile Mwila has threatened to suspend members of the party who will fail to defend themselves when attacked by the UPND.
