THE Ndola High Court has nullified the election of Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo. But Lusambo says he is going to appeal the judgement because there were a lot of gray areas in it. Lusaka High Court Judge Edward Musona sitting in Ndola ruled that the violence was proved beyond reasonable doubt and that the name “bulldozer” instilled fear in the UPND not to campaign freely.
