FORMER Bank of Zambia (BoZ) governor Dr Caleb Fundanga says President Hakainde should not be blamed for the trips he is making, adding that he is simply doing his duty. And Dr Fundanga has advised the government to put up a sinking fund where money could be put aside for imminent Eurobond payments.
