DEVELOPMENT Bank of Zambia (DBZ) Managing Director Dr Samuel Bwalya has explained that he was not made aware of the Board’s resolution to remove education allowance as part of his benefits. According to a ‘Special Meeting of the Board of Directors’ held on Monday, January 20, 2020, the Directors deliberated on the conditions of service for the Managing Director and it was resolved that ‘School fees benefits’ were to be removed.
