FORMER home affairs deputy minister Colonel Panji Kaunda says some of the painful decisions being undertaken by the UPND government would have been avoided if the PF ruled properly. In an interview, Colonel Kaunda advised Zambians to ignore the utterances made by PF, stating that the UPND should be judged at the end of their term after five years. “The UPND has five years. So the people of Zambia are going to judge the successes and failure of the UPND. So one cannot say they have failed.
