PF member Kelvin Kaunda says it’s illegal for Given Lubinda to act as party president because he can only do that if the substantive leader dies or is removed from office. Commenting on Lubinda’s remarks that article 54 of the party constitution allowed him to act as president, Kaunda said the decision was illegal. “So it is unconstitutional. Number one, the president has not died, the last time I checked president Lungu is alive, the last time I checked, the central committee never took a decision to remove president Lungu.
