POLICE have charged and arrested former PF cadre Maxwell Chongu for unlawfully wounding two men in 2017 using a machete. In a statement, Wednesday, Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said the two victims were attacked by the accused in North-mead area near Total filling Station.
