FORMER Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Eddie Mwitwa says DEC director general Mary Chirwa’s complaint to the Judicial Complaints Commission against DPP Lilian Siyunyi makes an awkward situation since the two offices are supposed to work harmoniously. And Mwitwa says the Judicial Complaints Commission is the rightful constitutional body to deal with complaints against the Director of Public Prosecutions.
