JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act will be reviewed in the September Parliament session. And Haimbe says government is committed to amending, or doing away with, archaic laws like defamation of the President but argues that people should not abuse freedom of expression by abusing others.
