MUNALI constituency UPND member of parliament Mike Mposha says the increase of the constituency development fund to K25.7 million requires tight regulations, adding that loosening the guidelines would mean returning to the past where money was not properly accounted for. In an interview, Mposha said it was anticipated that the CDF utilisation would have teething problems within the first year of disbursement, but that government was aware of the concerns and by 2023, all participants would understand the procedures. “We are receiving feedback and we are a listening government.
