SOLICITOR General Marshal Muchende State Counsel has advised members of the public with relatives who have been incarcerated for a long time, without being taken to court, to lodge a complaint with the Judicial Complaints Commission. According to a statement issued by Ministry of Justice senior Public Relations Officer Grace Kasungami, Muchende was speaking when he appeared on ZNBC’s The Topic. programme. Muchende said members of the public had the right to have their court cases heard and determined within a given time-frame.
