POLICE on the Copperbelt have arrested three people, among them, Kwacha constituency UPND youth chairman for malicious damage to property which occurred at Bulangililo Clinic recently. Lingo Nyirenda, 46, a UPND Kwacha constituency youth chairman and two women have been arrested for allegedly disrupting a recent donation programme organised by Kwacha PF member of parliament Joseph Malanji.
