LAW Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Lungisani Zulu says people must not get tired of going to the Constitutional Court in order to seek interpretation of various clauses in the Constitution. And Zulu has observed that people normally argue that there are lacunas in the Constitution whenever some court processes don’t go their way. Meanwhile, Zulu says Zambia has the highest turnover of constitutions in the SADC region because politicians like to take a leading role in crafting the document rather than making it people driven.
