MINISTER of Community Development and Social Services Doreen Mwamba says she will not be distracted by a clique of stupid selfish men trying to distract her from carrying out her mandate. Recently, government, through the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services, took over the welfare of the 13 girls following the completion of their medical examination.
