PF information and publicity chairperson Rapheal Nakacinda says former health ministers Dr Chitalu Chilufya and Dr Jonas Chanda as well as former information minister Dora Siliya automatically ceased to be members of the central committee after they absconded more than three consecutive meetings. And Nakacinda says former local government minister Charles Banda and his former community development counterpart Emerine Kabanshi were also removed from the central committee.
