POLICE in Mpulungu have arrested a 32-year-old man for attempting to sell his four-year-old daughter at K130, 000. In a statement, Tuesday, Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said Kalumba Chipili allegedly tricked his former wife that he wanted to start staying with their daughter after he was informed by an unknown person that there was a man buying children.
