NAPSA Director General Muyangwa Muyangwa has clarified that the National Pension Scheme Bill which the President assented to revises the minimum age limit for one-off early access to Zambia National Provident Fund (ZNPF) benefits, from 50 to 36 years. Muyangwa, however, assures that the law which will allow for partial withdrawal of NAPSA benefits is also “coming”.
