POLICE on the Copperbelt have apprehended four couples of Croatian origin in a suspected human trafficking case. The four couples were apprehended at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport together with four suspected trafficked children of Congolese origin. The children have been taken to Social welfare facilities where they are being taken care of. In a statement, Thursday, Copperbelt Police Commissioner Peacewell Mweemba disclosed that police received information that there were some white people who had booked rooms at a guesthouse in Kansenshi and were seen with four children of Congolese origin.
