PF presidential aspirant Brian Mundubile says it’s possible that people’s transactions are clean if no one is coming forward to claim the amnesty being offered by law enforcement agencies. Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Mary Chirwa recently said investigative wings just needed to up their game in order to catch offenders as offering criminals amnesty was not effective.
